This policy explains how voluntary donations and purchases connected with Healing Outreach Center Org and HOC-HUB Daniel are handled.
Voluntary Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions to support ministry work, website hosting, communication, educational resources, and related activities.
Donations are not required to access free ministry resources. A donation is not a purchase of spiritual favor, guaranteed healing, special treatment, personal counseling, military access, or a specific result.
Please give only if you genuinely wish to support this ministry and only
with money you can afford to give.
Donation Amounts
If a donation page displays suggested amounts, those amounts are suggestions only. You may choose whether to give, how much to give, or not to give at all.
Access to free resources will not be restricted because someone chooses not to donate.
Refunds
Because donations are voluntary contributions, donations are generally nonrefundable after they have been processed.
However, if you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, made without authorization, or processed for the wrong amount, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request and determine whether a correction or refund is appropriate.
Refund requests should include the date, amount, donor name, and transaction reference if available. Do not email complete card numbers, passwords, or banking information.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact your payment provider immediately. You may also contact us at:

We may request reasonable information needed to investigate a transaction, but we will not ask you to send your complete payment-card number or NEVER ASK FOR password by email OR ANY OTHER MEANS.
Store Purchases
Purchases made through third-party stores, affiliate links, PayPal, Stripe, or other external services are subject to the refund. cancellation policies of those services or sellers. Legacy Builders Bundle, Legacy Builders, Digital Mastery, Legacy Blueprint Daily Pay, or Legacy Launchpad and all Legacy products are ASOLUTELY NOT REFUNDABLE. Why should they be, one sale pays for the whole program just depending on what was purchased.
Please review the seller's policies before completing a purchase. HOC-HUB Daniel does not control third-party products, shipping, customer service, availability, or refund decisions.
